• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Eitara.
• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion if any activity is deemed suspicious or non-compliant with our values.

3. PRODUCTS & PRICING

• All products are handcrafted or curated, and slight variations may occur in embroidery, fabric texture, or dye. These are not defects but part of the garment’s uniqueness.
• Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors that may occur.

4. ORDERS

• All orders are made-to-order or limited-stock, depending on the product.
• Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations may not be accepted after 24 hours.
• Eitara reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to reasons like unavailability, incorrect pricing, or unforeseen production issues.

5. PAYMENTS

• Payments must be made in full via UPI, bank transfer, card payment, or approved digital wallets.
• Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
• No Cash on Delivery (COD) is available unless explicitly stated.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Delivery timelines are typically 5–15 working days, depending on the item and shipping location.
• Delays due to natural calamities, festivals, or courier issues are beyond our control but we will keep you updated.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Since most Eitara garments are made-to-order, we do not offer returns or refunds unless there is a genuine defect.
• Size exchanges may be allowed only once, if notified within 48 hours of delivery and if the garment is unworn and in original condition.
• Alterations, if possible, will be accommodated upon request. Charges may apply based on the nature of the work.

• Recommended: Dry clean only, unless otherwise specified.
